Dial inspection

A light dial makes printing and marker alignment easy to evaluate. The hour markers, subdial rings, minute track and text should appear level and evenly spaced. The hands should contrast clearly with the dial and move without touching one another or the applied markers.

Chronograph review

The central chronograph hand and register hands are checked through start, stop and reset. They should return to their resting positions without visible offset. The pushers should engage consistently, while the crown should wind and set the time without roughness.

Steel bezel and bracelet
